Real estate broker at Baird & Warner Gold Coast Office in 2008-2010.Rick owns and manages a real estate appraisal firm specializing in tax appeal appraisals from 2006-current.Specialties: Negotiate complex deals to acquire and/or lease XSport Fitness Health Clubs in the Chicagoland area and in New York. Have negotiated one for purchase in Crestwood, IL opened in December 2012. Negotiated one for lease in Skokie, IL opening in April 2013. Top negotiator, Ranked in top 95% of all real estate sales people in country for 10 years 1998 through 2008.
