One of the most important and difficult lessons I've learned over the years as a Mechanical Engineer is how to create and promote high-quality designs to meet the needs of my team’s internal and external customers. This area is not only where I excel as an Engineer, but it is also the area I most enjoy. As an Engineer, I love to get results—whether it's leading a team to solve a customer’s needs, coaching a less experienced teammate on how to achieve the results they need to solve an issue, or personally creating a design that delights our customer(s). If I am involved in creating new and innovative designs, I am not only doing what comes naturally to me, I am also doing what I most enjoy.Over the course of my varied career, I have enjoyed the challenge of coordinating and balancing various customer, internal design, maintainability, reliability, and lean manufacturing requirements. I have successfully addressed these requirements in Sustaining Engineering, Advanced Design, New Project Design, and Manufacturing environments.
