Managed a team of 12 visual thinkers who worked directly with the clients to develop the most efficient, economical, sustainable and creative solution to their product, be it packaging, displays, experiential/events or brand development. Developed unused talent within the team, boosting morale and saving on outsourcing costs. Some of this talent included product photography, photo retouching, 3D rendering, event graphics, packaging and template development, print and converting knowledge. Brought in tools and training to support and enhance our current and newly found skillsets. We developed SOPs around all aspects of the department and workflow. Initiated a new pricing structure. Proposed a new project management system.

Worked directly with our clients and internal resources to conceptualize, create, and produce new, innovative, and sustainable packaging and marketing collateral. I led and managed client projects with product and market research, creative conceptualization, 3D renderings and animation, graphic and structural design, and finally production-worthy mock-ups. I saw every project through to completion and interfaced with our clients and internal sales force at each phase of the development process to ensure a successful product launch. • Develop concept sketches, renderings, and mock-ups for liquor, home entertainment, confectioneries, cosmetics, HBA, music, electronics, sports, and many other markets. • Assist and manage freelancers, die makers, photographers, printers and a variety of other vendors in order to develop the best product possible.

My in-house design group developed packaging solutions for the leading consumer product and home entertainment clients.
