Managed a team of 12 visual thinkers who worked directly with the clients to develop the most efficient, economical, sustainable and creative solution to their product, be it packaging, displays, experiential/events or brand development. Developed unused talent within the team, boosting morale and saving on outsourcing costs. Some of this talent included product photography, photo retouching, 3D rendering, event graphics, packaging and template development, print and converting knowledge. Worked directly with our clients and internal resources to conceptualize, create, and produce new, innovative, and sustainable packaging and marketing collateral. I led and managed client projects with product and market research, creative conceptualization, 3D renderings and animation, graphic and structural design, and finally production-worthy mock-ups.
