I am working a Go Live in North Carolina for Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital. The new system, EPIC, is go very well.

Undertook a special project to market and sell Leadership training to public sector entities. Developed procedures for identifying and contacting federal, state and municipal entities nationwide to increase awareness of leadership training and to market on line management training.

Director of Asset Management: Directed the inventory, real estate and fleet asset management for Dish Network nationwide. Inventory valued at $500M annual throughput, fleet of 5,000 vehicles worth $100M and 180 properties leased at a cost of $150M annually. Developed acquisition, maintenance and disposition tactics for each of the assets. Led a staff of 22 individual contributors. In addition, managed acquisition and distribution of uniforms, tools, and document management for the operations group of 37,000 employees.

Directed operations and led strategic planning for support of statewide computer systems in a 15,000 square foot data center. Directed an computer applications group supporting state financial, human resources and data warehouse systems.. Appointed by Governor Owens to serve on the State's Information Management Commission. Directed 30 ongoing IT projects at any given time. Directed Colorado's statewide telecommunications and microwave network. Directed the State Archives group. Led a staff of 180 employees and was responsible for an annual budget of $100M. Director of Central Services: Directed operations and created five year strategic plans for 6 lines of business supporting the employees and functions of state government. Led a staff of 175 employees and was responsible for an annual budget of $65M. Functions were state fleet of 6,000 units, a large print, design and reprographics center, a state micrographics/microfilm center and a state wide mail facility handling 11M pieces of mail per month. Was also responsible for statewide travel and the state's travel and entertainment card.. Full P&L responsibility for all lines of business as a cash exempt funded agency.

Directed operations for Fleet Management, Facilities Management, State Travel, Central Collections, and Reprographics/Print. Annual Budget $50 million. Responsible for all facets of operations. 150 person staff with 6 direct reports.
