Direct the Human Resources function including recruiting, hiring, RIF’s, terminations, promotions, benefits, training, safety and all legal matters. Member of the Senior Leadership Team reported directly to the President.

Provided HR support to multiple locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Kansas including recruiting, benefits, employee/labor relations, training & development, and management of all HR related activities to 300 – 500 employees. High profile position supporting operations, management, staff and sales teams, and was a key member of the management team. Developed and implement strategic plans to achieve financial and operational goals and objectives and was responsible for the execution of HR initiatives including Performance Management Program, Compensation, Bonus, Merit Programs, and policy interpretation and implementation. Provided strong leadership with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. A true change agent offering the ability to offer unique and effective solutions to complex opportunities.

Direct all Human Resource matters for 325 plus production, warehouse, transportation, sales and professional associates in two states

Managed Human Resources function from start-up to full operation including professional and production staff. Managed all recruiting, hiring, promotions, training, safety and legal matters. Reported directly to the Plant Manager with reporting responsibilities to the Vice President of Human Resources.
