This includes website, communications, and branding as a whole. Often it's in print, digital, motion and photography mediums. Creative direct both clients and designers to achieve success whilst improving inefficiencies and ensuring the design department is at the forefront of design thinking, design technology, and industry standards. Your core strength is as a website design leader, from initial client kick-off meetings, through wireframes, design, prototyping, device breakpoints and any change-orders that arise, you are hands-on and in the trenches with the team.

Content is king, and it's my job to make sure that content looks damn good.From the direction and design of branding, collateral and online presence, all the way through to development and deployment, it is my job to be at the cutting edge of both the technology and the design.I am fluent in the design process, from client meetings through to design presentation, handoff to development. As a founder of Pop Magazine, Australia's largest free press, action sports publication, I did everything that needed doing in a modern day multimedia company.From brand identity, content strategy, editorial planning, magazine design, website development and design, content production, TV broadcasts, film direction, events, marketing, pre-press production and distribution all the way through to joint venture negotiations.Essentially I have produced, designed and printed 16 issues of a quarterly magazine, produced, filmed and edited feature length snowboard films, designed, built and maintained websites, directed, filmed and edited TV broadcasts, produced live webcasts and a million other things that you do in running a modern day multimedia company on slim budgets and with only one other full time staff member and an army of freelancers.
