As a child, I would constantly pester her mother to stop the car so I could ask people what they were doing and, more importantly, why they were doing it. I continue to draw from this deep well of genuine curiosity, especially when navigating life’s most consequential decisions. I currently serve as Chief of Staff to Josh Jones-Dilworth of JDI— a boutique marketing and communications firm with a mission to promote science companies. I amplify his work as a thought partner, project manager, and implementer on strategic projects. I am also a member of the global Chief of Staff Association and love embarking on new opportunities with this group of highly talented individuals. Helping people is a driving force in my life, and I strive to have an impact on whatever I do. I currently serve on the Advisory Board of Hearts2Heal, mentor people making the leap from the service industry to corporate work, and volunteer as often as possible at my children’s elementary school. My proudest accomplishments come from being a mother of two young children who constantly fuel my love for learning and hone my curiosity. On Friday nights, you can often find me singing Karaoke with my husband while my children beg to take the mic.
