• Developed P&IDs and reviewed them in accordance with client specifications

• Underwent training at Polypropylene Plant wherein I saw daily plant operations and studied Spheripol process. Then I utilised basic chemical engineering principles to perform the following:
• Mass balance calculations over entire Degassing section
• Heat load calculations for Chiller unit
• Theoretical design of shell and tube heat exchanger using simplified Kern's method
• Power requirements and efficiency calculation of Recycle gas compressor unitDuring training I also learnt in detail about the aforementioned units as well as other units within the PP plant.
