• Takes care of administrative items associated with – preparing draft offer letters, initiate background and reference checks, administer leaves of absence, process new hire details into HRIS and payroll, submits offboarding requests, and other HR information updates as needed.• Coordinates with new employees and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process and positive employee experience.• Prepares and/or proofs documents, letters, employee communications and internal announcements.• Assist the employees in resolving their issues in the best possible manner.• Tracks the leaves and vacation for the hourly employees.• Other Admin duties as required.
