With a clinical background as a Registered Nurse, Rita has previously worked with the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency where she was responsible for auditing various Aged Care facilities across Australia against the Australian Standards, and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of quality and risk management systems and processes. She has also been a quality advisor where in collaboration with management, worked towards compliance with the Australian Standards ensuring that quality outcomes are achieved within the aged care environment. Rita has also work in the area of Aged Care in the UK, positions included management of large Care Homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.As Director of Operations (Australia), Rita is responsible for direct delivery and co-ordination of HCI's projects in Australia and acts as the primary contact for HCI’s Australian client base. As such, Rita is responsible for ensuring 100% client satisfaction, both during and post project delivery. Rita holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Monash University, is a registered Quality Assessor for Aged Care in Australia and is currently undertaking Masters of Business Management at Monash University.Specialties: Aged Care, Quality and Risk Management.
