Director, National Academic Advisors
Current• Lead a team of 10+ Education Leaders serving as National Academic Advisors or Solutions Architects• Provide support nationally for all product lines to promote a solution selling focus.• Deliver sales and leadership sessions for state and large district opportunities as well as internal audiences• Present relevant and current educational content and product information at company sponsored events and forums• Support district customers with data analysis, problem solving, and related initiatives• Serve as the education and product expert and support customer understanding and use of the programs and data through leadership presentations.• Submit proposals and deliver presentations at state and national conferences.• Collaborate with the sales force, product line managers and marketing department to create and help develop ideas that will grow all product lines. • Provide educational expertise and sales experience knowledge to multi-departmental teams: WPC, educator evaluation, educator effectiveness, etc.• Ensure that knowledge is shared across states and territories to assist in the sales process• Work with Executive sales team to coordinate, plan, and present large sales presentation opportunities (including state level).• Contribute educator and sales perspectives to the submission team as well as provide assistance writing and editing RFPs and RFIs.• Remain current in educational practices, policies, and trends.
