Current1.Client-Specific Standards Compliance:Review and verify piping spool drawings against unique client standards and specifications, including those from TritenIAG Heartwell, Dow Santorini EO, SB Sunoco Flexport-Frost, TIC Kiewit OCAPS, Fluor Marathon, Burns & McDonnell Marathon, Air Products, State Service, Kiewit-Orange County, Brown Root Air Products, and others.Ensure meticulous adherence to requirements for each client’s project.2.Cross-Referencing Specifications: Match project documents and spool materials with client-specific Material Procurement Specifications (PMS).Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.3.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks for discrepancies in drawings.Identify and address issues arising from differences in client specifications.4.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of compliance checks, discrepancies, and corrective actions.Prepare client-specific reports summarizing findings.5.Effective Communication: Liaise directly with clients to clarify standards, expectations, and requirements.Foster strong relationships with client representatives.6.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on evolving standards and best practices. Share insights and feedback with project teams to enhance quality and efficiency.7.Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with design and engineering teams to integrate client standards into project execution.Participate in design reviews and meetings to resolve issues related to client needs.8.Skills:Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of various client and industry standards (ISO, ASME, ASTM).Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy in technical documents.Analytical Skills: Strong capability in assessing complex drawings and specifications.Communication Skills: Effective in liaising with multiple clients and internal teams.
