Understanding the requirements received from clients, Plan and schedule a roadmap towards achieving the targets.3. Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.4. Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.5.Short listing & screening the candidates based on the client's requirements.6.Salary negotiations, counter offer management
