Current• E2E RMA management for CANADA, USA, and LATAM.• Timely and accurately processing customer RMA to ensure Fortinet SLA is met.• Diligent and holistic detailed review of ticket attributes to ensure appropriate course of action.• Deliver timely and professional customer support regarding statuses.• Manage internal and external RMA related escalations according to Fortinet standard protocols.• Engage with PMO team and customers to resolve any challenges.• Work closely with PMO team regarding part shortages and alternative solutions.• Monitor outstanding returns to perform reverse asset recovery in efforts to improve repair contribution.• Monitor inventory transfers to RMA depots to ensure timely RMA process completion.• Participate in the Failure Analysis request process, escalate accordingly.
