Qualification: MA EnglishACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties & Responsibilities):• To ensure optimum tank Lorries availability as per requirement.• Co-ordinate regularly with operation, retail & finance section, and has regular meetings with them to thrash out problems if any.• To rationalise/improve/upgrade the overall standards of the fleet in line with company policies at (MCR-Parco) Mahmood Kot.• Ensure timely submission of executed TLs report to Regional in charge through supply point in charge that are having details of;• Halting TLs• Non-compliance of ETAs• Ensure timely deliveries• Window Operations• Commercial fuels orders executions along with proper documentation• Bulk orders executions along with proper documentation• To maintain good working relations with unions, contractors and government functionaries at• Parco (MCR) Mahmood Kot to ensure Un-interrupted movement of product and smooth• Implementation of company HSE (Health Safety & Environment) policies.• Dealing with Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd (Parco) Mahmood Kot staff for timely filling of tank Lorries as well as any movement through pipe line.• Ensure authentic working of E-suite by guiding junior staff.Close coordination with security staff at terminal gate for timely information of any issue related to TL entry and exit.• Daily dispatched report• Daily product shortage summary sheet (Shortages that observed at customer end.• Maintain proper record of delivery acknowledgements.• Ensure record keeping of all supply point’s documents.• Ensure corrective preparation of all supply point reports and communication to seniors.• Ensure authentic working of E-suite by guiding junior staff.• Ensure all ARMY order executions along with proper documentation.
