Currently, at Canadian North, I focus on enhancing customer experiences while applying my skills to improve operational efficiency.In my previous roles, I have successfully overseen strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all cargo operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. I actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions for freight management, manufacturing process improvements, and warehouse management, which have led to increased productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.As a Director and Manager, I have played a key role in expanding the cargo network, optimizing the cargo fleet, and enhancing cargo systems and procedures. My background in aviation management and logistics, backed by my studies at Georgian College, equips me with the necessary skills to leverage various software and tools for freight, warehouse, and cargo systems.At Canadian North, I am eager to further deepen my understanding of the airline and aviation industry, continually learning and adapting to new challenges.
