Job Responsibilities:• Handling Customers efficiently, keeping in mind all the parameters given by the company • Making timely decisions, giving quick and positive resolution to the customer, within the company policies• Keeping follow ups on all unresolved queries and providing other options to the customer• Mentoring OJT batches (New Recruits), giving training and feedback on what could be done better. • Achieving Targets given by the company with Over All Satisfaction for the customer’s• Pitching for Cross Sell to customer’s about company products and helping the company to expand and grow• Collecting Over due Bill Payments with care from the customers who have entered Collections• Providing all options to the customers to pay the bill on time without hampering customer experience• Managed Supervisor calls and Escalated calls of customers for Supervisors and Managers• Provided Floor Support to Advisors for any computer hardware, software’s, accessories & online issues not working. • Ensured quick repair & maintenance of the above complaints by timely communication and co-ordination with the technical / service department / IT Engineer• If any advisors facing problems with their Co-ordiant ID not working or got blocked in the system. Managed to get it fixed with the help of IT engineer.• Floor support to O.J.T (on job training) batches• Enhancing the Advisors ability to gain knowledge in the process and making the Advisor function smoothly in the organization• Handling calls of new recruits, giving them feed-back, discussing with them their positive & formative points, training them on their calls to achieve customer satisfaction, goals, expectations and targets• Updating O.J.T batches on daily basis on changes in packages or on going issues with the services given by clients for the customers • Coordinating between Managers and Advisors in the absence of Team Leaders
