Responsible for financial planning & analysis across the UK, including managing substantial budgets, controlling expenditure, the creation of new business processes/SAP systems, and regular reporting to Executive sponsors. Also leads the management of the UK business case to support engagement with the UK Government.

Owner of the Agratas European Business case, supporting decision making and status regarding topics such as location, project profitability, and cell production pricing. Responsibilities also included UK Government engagement, establishing business processes and creation of Agratas legal entities.

Formed initial "Project Apollo" team looking to establish Tata's global battery business, now officially named "Agratas". Responsible for simultaneously developing and deploying the strategy to establish the new company including developing the European business model, enable data driven strategic decision making and optimise planned business costs.

Responsible for identifying, managing and deploying new strategic partnerships, collaborations and developing relationships with external parties with the aim of developing opportunities that support digitalisation, ACES and improve customer offering. This included the management of key strategic accounts such as Amazon, Google & Microsoft at an Executive level. Also joined the Covid task force and led the data management of previously planned corporate spend, created executive alignment and generated the required processes that ensured large savings due to the required operational shutdown.

Two years engaged in a wide of projects that involved supporting the business with strategy development, transformation initiatives, and deploying strategic opportunities.
