I played a significant role in establishing the new organizational chart.Served as director of development during the process of moving the INCODE procedural character based application to a windows event based application. During my involvement we made significant changes to the design and function of the customer information system. Provided design guidance for INCODE web portal which included a CIS and municipal court online payment application.Responsible for problem solutions that bubbled to the top of the organization. Responsible for key client relationships. Provided input to the Tyler Technologies executive management team.

Played integral role increasing client base from 18 to 250, increasing staff from 5 to 55 and increasing revenue over 20x.Created the following groups by being the first member.The implementation group responsible for installation, training and facilitating the client in the transition to the INCODE ERP and Customer Information Systems applications. I developed a methodology that provided a rapid transition with a high level of client satisfaction.The conversion group responsible for data ETL process from the client's existing application database to the INCODE application database. The methods developed for this group included the reuse of code from conversion to conversion creating significant profit margins and an extremely efficient process.Network services group responsible for delivering the hardware and network infrastructure required to facilitate efficient operation of the INCODE application. The network services group also became responsible for the internal hardware and network infrastructure. The group continually added value to the total delivery experience.Client support group responsible for delivering application support to clients. This group was established to provide a high degree of product knowledge as well as a passion for the client. The group was consistently ranked by the client as superior. Responsible for project management, implementation scheduling, client support, implementation staff support, sales team support and participated in application design and development.
