Vice President Technical Operations
Current-Work with CEO and leadership team to set company priorities-Work with affiliate teams to resolve issues between affiliates and network origination teams regarding delivery of networks-Work with distribution team to evaluate and establish delivery to new live and on-demand platforms-Supervise audio and video production teams and studios--Work with sales team, clients and producers to plan productions--Ensure studios are prepared--Schedule crew to cover productions--Produce and edit productions as needed-Supervise traffic teams for 2 networks--Communicate with sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and any issues resolved--Provide guidance for day-to-day issues that arise with programmers and advertisers-Work with sales and client relations teams to ensure all details are covered when new shows or advertisers are added--Coordinate technical details of show delivery and scheduling--Manage communications between client and network technical and traffic personnel-Supervise company's IT needs--Manage relationship with IT services provider--Set up email accounts--Oversee virtual phone system--Acquire and set up computers as needed for staff-Maintain relationships with network origination teams for TV networks--Ensure programs are delivered and prepared on time--Request and negotiate additional services as required--Follow up on discrepancies and questions from programs and hosts--Serve as point of contact for master control when problems arise-Work closely with third-party technology vendors to ensure the network and clients’ needs are met-Create and edit content as needed using Adobe Creative Cloud software
