Working in the AZ Early Oncology Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) department and the Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Elimination (ADME) team, for 6 years. Day-to-day work in bioanalysis, in-vitro and metabolite identification. Obtained distinction grade in an Applied Chemical Sciences BSc and completed a SIAS Laboratory Scientist Level 6 Apprenticeship. Abilities:- Bioanalysis for in-vivo pharmacology studies in a variety of biological matrices- Designing, developing and conducting a range of in-vitro metabolism assays- UHPLC-MS/MS method development and troubleshooting- Triple Quadrupole (QQQ) and Orbitrap experience- Data analysis, interpretation and presentation- Experience with multiple modalities such as; small molecules, PROTACs and nanoparticles- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) writingSoft skills include mentoring, written and verbal communication alongside self-motivation and an eagerness to learn!
