Mutualink is an internet protocol (IP) based interoperable multimedia communications sharing platform that allows connection of disparate two-way radio, telephone, mobile phones, video and geolocation information for real time collaboration. Mutualink provides interoperable emergency preparedness and response communications along with information sharing within, between and among agencies / communities at all levels of government providing unique collaboration. Mutualink delivers the product and secure path through Mutualinks nationwide secure network M-NET for any Federal, State, local agency, hospital, university or commercial entity to communicate and share multimedia communications with other agencies through computer’s, laptop’s, smartphone’s and tablet’s. Mutualink is FirstNet ready providing the ability to connect and collaborate with entities on FirstNet Band 14, commercial LTE and P25 while sharing voice from LMR systems, streaming video from smartphones and tablets, fixed video camera locations and telephone conversations. Unlike interoperability gateways the Mutualink system allows agencies to invite each other into an incident and to maintain full control over all of their resources (radios, video cameras, files, smartphones and tables).

Raytheon JPS Communications is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon Co. where I oversaw manufacturing and business development for this commercial division supplying interoperability and radio communications equipment to Federal, state and local governments, private enterprise, and DoD. Accountable for P&L, R&D Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Security, Facilities, Marketing, Manufacturing, EH&S, and Import / Export. Products included: UHF, VHF, P25, 3G/LTE Analog / Digital RF Radio systems, Interoperability products and system integration.
