Effectively performed as the project manager for the renovation of the Canton service center, project exceeded 6 million dollars. Represented Nationwide at Canton City council and obtained tax abatement for Nationwide saving the company over $100K.

Governed real estate functions within a territory of leased facilities. Tasks included, site selection, lease negotiations, project management and portfolio planning. Individual contributor, however, I was the lead associate for the team and was responsible for recruiting, mentoring and training new associates during tenure. Responsible for over 700 leased facilities at one point after dissolution from Wausau Insurance. Projects included Nationwide’s first hoteling facility located in Queens, New York and received high praise from Gates McDonald company requesting that I be the only project coordinator to work their portfolio.

Responsible for developing forms and supplies budget for eastern Ohio and West Virginia as well as the operating budget for the Shared Services department.
