Conduct design sessions to develop requirements, use cases, and process flow diagrams for project initiatives, using both Waterfall and AGILE project methodologies.Document requirements in multiple formats and systems, including System Requirement Specifications (SRS) Documents, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and within Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).Develop requirements for various types of projects, including internal application updates, system integration with business partners’ external applications, and ecommerce website updates.Work directly with Project Managers and technical team leads to appropriately assign development tasks and ensure requirement completion.Create detailed Use Cases based on requirements development sessions with business partners and internal business and IT stakeholders, and assisted with creating test cases and performing product testing based upon the Use Cases.Work with the business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance (QA) groups to develop test plans, create test cases, and determine test data required.Assist QA teams with testing and escalating issues during QA testing, including bug creation, analysis, and resolution.Manage weekly IT operations meetings between multiple Simplexity IT teams and corporate partner’s IT teams, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.Create software application process flows and activity diagrams with MS Visio to define integration with vendor platforms and internal systems changes.Evaluate non-project related system issues from a requirements and implementation perspective.Assist business stakeholders in performing user acceptance testing (UAT).Support business stakeholders in writing technical descriptions for system tickets.
