Ryan is a leader in sales of proven and cutting edge technologies to solve highly complicated, mission-critical problems. His specialization is in the U.S. Public Sector marketplace with primary focus on sales of cloud, on-premises and off-premises technology to assist in solving complex enterprise-scale solutions, improving IT efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing performance and availability, and implementing optimal architecture. His leadership in the AI/ML space for U.S. Government mission support focuses on what he terms A2I (Actionable AI) as a way to provide ultimate decision support and information insight to mission leaders. His primary vision and leadership is for the establishment of global AI specific data lakes across multiple enclaves to deliver advanced information to COI members.In 2018 Ryan rejoined Oracle Corporation to lead U.S. Defense Systems sales. Prior to rejoining Oracle, Ryan was the Vice President of U.S. Public Sector Sales and Marketing for BIAS Corporation, an Oracle Corporation Platinum Partner dedicated to the sales, implementation and management of Oracle’s full-stack of technology.In addition to his work, from 1998-2019, Ryan served by gubernatorial appointment on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts under Governors Mike Foster, Kathleen Blanco, Bobby Jindal. In May 2016 Governor John Bel Edwards reappointed him to a 6th term. In March 2016 Ryan joined the Government Business Executive Forum, a prestigious group limited to 40 leaders in private sector corporations dedicated to public sector business. He maintains a leadership position in that group.
