Key Contributions- Planned and implemented the upgrade and/or replacement of Windows Servers at 16 schools spanning 3 states from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2016 or Windows server 2022.- Deployed Microsoft 365 for Education for students and staff and set up SSO via Google to allow users to log into Office online using their existing Google accounts. - Implemented Microsoft MDT and WDS to streamline the imaging of all Windows devices in the district saving on-site techs an average of 30 minutes per device. - Updated the district's security infrastructure by implementing password requirements and enabling BitLocker via Group Policy and requiring 2-factor authentication for Google account access. - Streamlined the login process for commonly used software by implementing SSO via Clever and collaborating with various vendors to enable students and staff in the district the ability to log into apps from a single portal.- Created online documentation to help end-users solve simple issues on their own leading to a reduction of submitted support tickets.
