Since 1991, IBACOS has focused on enabling the housing industry to consistently deliver high quality, high performance homes by providing strategic and technical consulting services, tools and resources for homebuilders, and by conducting advanced research with the U.S. Department of Energy.Responsibilities include:- Overseeing the technical work and services that IBACOS delivers to our private and public clients.- Leading investigations on building failures to determine what went wrong, and why.- Conducting proactive, in-field quality assessments of homes currently under construction.- Identifying best practices and quality issues with homes currently under construction.- Specifying technical strategies for energy upgrades of existing buildings.- Mentoring team members on building science related best practices and quality issues.

Led over 100 forensic investigations of building failures. Authored cause and origin reports which identified the responsible parties and generated repair protocols to ensure remediation work was completed in accordance with the applicable industry standards and building codes.
