I am well suited to transition into a project management career because of the skills I've developed in my prior public service career as well as the information services education I've acquired. I am interested in roles that rely on my soft skills foremost, and my technical knowledge secondary. This is why I ultimately decided to pursue Google's Project Management professional certification, rather than its Data Analyst certification. I am currently open to roles such as Junior Project Manager, Project Administrator, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Support Specialist, or any other role where I'd have a Senior Project Manager mentor available to me. I see myself moving up to more senior roles in this career path after I earn my certificate.
