Developed and presented the plan to executive management, including: analysis of factors and rationale for the overhaul; design and proposal of a new logo; and the plan for internal and external change management. • Programmed and maintained a scheduling, production, and cost tracking database to increase operational efficiency within the Marketing Department in preparation of a period of rapid company expansion. Functionalities included vendor information, cost accounting, automated purchase orders, production schedules, and advertisement archive.• Directed PenFed’s first television advertisements. Created the storyboard, provided art direction, and wrote the voice-over scripts. Managed the video production company via oversight of animation, editing, and voice-over recording while paying strict attention to costs. Managed relations with media vendors to place and run the advertisements. • Produced PenFed’s first “Brand Policy, Logo Usage, and Design Guide” which established formal policies and guidelines for a growing marketing department to follow, including: logo appearance rules; official corporate color scheme; recommended typographical fonts.
