Profile I have been privileged to have spent fifteen years, from apprentice to my current position of systems technician. Working with one of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers, Mercedes Benz. In this time I have worked amongst a dedicated passionate and very skilled group of people. I have gained a great deal of experience in all areas of the vehicle, across the majority of the brands passenger car products. This has always been a role that requires employees to be able to multi task, self motivate, work well as a team, be organized, adapt to the rapidly advancing technologies and expectations, whilst working to strict deadlines and targets, to achieve the best possible customer experience. As a systems technician I also deal with a large majority of diagnostic work which often puts me in direct contact with the customer as their first and often last communication, in order to gain the most accurate information and provide the best customer journey.I have had several opportunities to train new apprentices during my time, and have also been given the opportunity to run a team of technicians, delegating work and managing the work load on two separate occasions.
