As a web designer and developer, I naturally took to 3D Design. I started using Fusion360 and it made my workflow incredibly simple. 3D printing at a production level requires many tedious steps, especially if using SLA for it's accuracy. The stages of curing, form trimming, sanding, and painting all require hands on patience.

This laboratory was established in 1989 and focused on testing procedures for lead-acid storage batteries. We built a mobile platform to utilize open times on fields, baseball diamonds, ice rinks and more. To do this I had to recruit a highly talented team with minimal assets. The hockey application was launched during Q2 of 2015. We introduced the application to USA hockey, former president of NHLPA, Michigan Amateur Hockey Associations, proshop owners, retail industry owners and 60 plus rink managers in and around Michigan. Through the process of sales and team management, I designed 100's of pieces of marketing material, launched social media campaigns and designed encompassing User eXperience.

The timing of this employment was a unique experience in the corporate model. Bally Total Fitness was a company on the decline. Witnessed first-hand corporate recovery techniques, to increase profits, while watching the competition flourish. These techniques involved restructuring overhead management, eliminating commission pay, and lowering expectations on training. The economy sent Bally’s into a tailspin, however there techniques only prolonged their eventual bankruptcy. The key reason I felt that Bally Total Fitness went under was their competition had a better product (Lifetime) or cheaper product (Planet Fitness). The experience at BTF showed me an internal corporate structure, membership value, recruiting significance, and the importance of understanding your product and competition.
