* Assisted dealer technicians, via phone and internet, with difficult or unique issues encountered with Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles.* Acted as a technical liaison between Ford engineers and dealer technicians.* Trained newly hired Service Engineers in the Truck Body/Chassis/Electrical group.* Served as the Ford Explorer/Mercury Mountaineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Ford Technical Hotline.* As the SME, developed and taught new model training courses to keep the hotline staff up-to-date on all new technology.* Authored technical Special Service Messages and Internal Service Messages to assist both dealer technicians and fellow hotline teammates in performing their duties more efficiently.* Created training manuals for new diagnostic equipment to aid hotline staff in assisting dealer technicians.* Acted as Assistant Team Leader for the Truck Body/Chassis/Electrical group, whose call volume and quality scores increased an average of 5-10% per year.* Conducted interviews for potential hotline candidates.
