“Proactively creating the conditions under which fair and consistent pricing outcomes are the natural result.”I am the Pricing Manager for Coburn Supply Co, Inc, a large regional wholesale distributor of Plumbing, HVAC, Municipal Utility, Electrical, and Builder Supplies. In this role, I lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for seven divisions and fifty branches. I collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Finance, Division Managers, and Branch Operations to establish competitive and profitable price structures that are in tune with our financial objectives. For the previous four years, we successfully improved Profit Margins at an accelerated pace under challenging economic conditions. Before joining Coburn Supply, I worked with Ferguson Enterprises as a Branch Manager and Sales Manager in Houston and the surrounding area. I was fortunate to learn all aspects of branch operations, and work with a variety of contractor customers. I am very passionate about the work I do, and have found that pricing is one of the most powerful profit drivers in our business. Our Pricing Team is engaged at every level of the business, and we find it very exciting to analyze the data and help our branches unlock the door to higher margins and more net profit.I have BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and have completed studies at Purdue University's UID Program. I've also studied Pricing Optimization through the Industrial Distribution program at Texas A&M University.
