Gloucester City Jr. Sr. High School's Athletic Director and Head Football Coach, I have been leading and developing the school's athletic programs, staff, and facilities for over three years. With more than fifteen years of coaching and leadership experience, I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship among our students, coaches, and community. I also ensure compliance with district, state, and national standards and regulations for our athletic activities and events.I am passionate about advancing my education and skills in the field of strategic leadership and administration. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, with a focus on improving student achievement and engagement through effective curriculum, instruction, and assessment. I hold a Master of Arts in Athletic Administration and Coaching from Concordia University Irvine, and a Certificate of School Supervision from Rowan University. I am also a certified PK-12 Education Administrator and a Standard New Jersey Teaching Certification holder in Social Studies. In 2018, I was honored as the New Jersey Teacher of the Year for my outstanding contributions to the academic and social growth of my students.
