My role is working with the UK's largest landlords, Local Councils and Housing Associations to provide Openreach ultra fast Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) infrastructure to existing Multi Dwelling Units (MDU). I am responsible for pre engagement with the above to get initial wayleaves signed, which will enable Openreach to cable in common areas in Residential apartment blocks and blocks of flats, then arranging individual site surveys to provide plans of service, which once agreed with building owners will enable our Network Build teams to provide ultra fast FTTP to the tens of thousands of residential residents who reside in these properties.Openreach will provide all upgrade works to our Network free of charge with no cost exposure to the property owner or the tenant. Once the Network is installed the tenant is then free to place an order for a ultra fast FTTP service through their Communication Provider of choice (costs for service as normal through the Communication Provider)FTTP enables each resident to achieve broadband download speeds of up 1GB/s which both enriches their home internet experiences as well as making things like home working a real possibility.If you are a landowner of MDU's or you have authority within a Local Council / Housing Association to agree this deployment of Fibre Network please don't hesitate in reaching out to me.
