Currently serving as a Senior Director of Technical Services providing leadership & oversight to a team of packaging professionals across a multi folding carton converting site operation.With focus on the packaging industry, I bring over 25+ years of experience and expertise to the table. • 25+ years within Packaging / Printing industry including folding cartons, flexible films, and paper applications• Led Technical Service Teams to define & standardize validation processes across NA packaging division• Effectively qualified & onboarded multi $M+ accounts utilizing established validation protocol• Defined internal validation & customer qualification protocol for new equipment investments across NA packaging division which included Flexographic presses, Lithographic presses, Platen die cutters, high speed finishing lines and cold foil units• Successfully transitioned a key $35M account from Gravure to Flexo print process while exposing value-add technology and annual savings• Instrumental in new & existing customer interaction for review of scope discovery, capabilities, and processesI possess extensive knowledge with hands on experience for Flexographic printing, platen die cutting, ink & coating technologies (WB/Solvent/UV/EB) and specialty print / coating applications.
