As the CoderDojo Champion of Code Inverness, I have had the incredible opportunity to mentor and inspire a group of talented pre-teen coders in our volunteer-run afterschool club.Key ResponsibilitiesClub Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the club's operations, from curriculum development to mentoring young coders.Project Management: Guide students through complex coding projects, ensuring they understand and apply programming concepts effectively.Community Engagement: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging students to explore their interests in technology and coding.Achievements:Astro Pi Competition: Led our "break-away" group, Raspberry Jam, to develop a programme for the Europe-wide Astro Pi competition, resulting in our code being successfully run on the International Space Station.
