Also maintain accountability and visibility of deployed contractors in support of military operations, responsible for all administration support, prepare executive level briefings, information papers, and after action reports. Formulate conclusions and recommendations for actions and incorporate them into formal written reports and oral presentations for various levels of management and senior leaders.

• Project Manager responsible for defining best practices to gain asset visibility and capture all Government Furnished Property/Equipment ($7B) loaned to civilian contractors in the Army Accountability Property System of Record. Also responsible for accountability and visibility of deployed contractors (89k), and all administration support. • Coordinated the first ever property book conference resulting in identifying 33 gaps and seams and possible solutions to improve property accountability process.• Track, maintain visibility and ensured over 330 tasking requirement were vetted and completed.

• Responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating efforts through staff members and third party consultants in order to provide relevant solutions for combat equipment shortages to military units both stateside and internationally. Results: Provided critical equipment and materiel to meet units operational needs, sourced 80% of equipment / materiel from the region of operation, thus reducing transportation cost and ship time . • Coordinated sourcing of over 4,000 pieces of equipment valued at $2.4B in support of combat operations, unit modernization, and training operations.• Project lead for $500M equipment resourcing efforts to provide 250 military vehicles, new equipment drivers training program ($200K), and coordinating sustainment support ($1.5M) to a U.S. military located in Southwest Asia. Results: Achieved 100% equipment sourcing, funding, and met the equipment delivery timeline.

Led a logistics organization which consisted of 150 personnel (military/civilian). Responsible for synchronizing and providing sustainment logistics maintenance support to 8 military organizations (17K-soliders) across the South Korea peninsula. Results: Developed and executed logistics maintenance support plan which enable the organizations to improve their operational readiness rates from 60% to 90% over an 8 month period, thus meeting and exceeding Army’s readiness goals.

• Led a logistics team of 10 personnel, operating in dual locations, coordinating logistics service, supplies, and support to over 23K Coalition forces in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Horn of Africa. • Developed, coordinated and implemented an equipment tracking system to provide In-Transit Visibility (ITV) of over $1B of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cargo inbound for Southwest Asia. Results: Provided near real time for all movement of ITV equipment from shipping port to destination port(s), reduced visibility of loss or misplaced equipment by 90%, located $6M of loss equipment, and ensured the right equipment arrived to the correct location.

• Directed, managed, and lead multiple 24/7 Army Logistics Operation Centers with up to 20 personnel, synchronizing and coordinating logistical support in support of over 73,000 deploying and deployed forces . Leading People: Team Building Skills• Coordinated $302M of new equipment transfers for units deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan.• Synchronized and coordinated logistical support (food, fuel, equipment, and mortuary affairs) to FEMA, DoD, and other federal organizations (7,000 personnel) in support of Hurricane Katrina and Rita relief efforts. • Orchestrated the procurement of $11,250 of communication equipment and $10,000 of office furnishings for 10 National Guard Regional Disaster Control Offices in support of Hurricane Katrina and Rita relief efforts.
