Analyze data from all sites, compile into reports and identify positive and negative trends to address with site operations and KBR LOGCAP III HQ Senior Leadership. Assist nine DESC capitalized bulk fuel farms with BSM-E account reconciliation.

Responsible for leading a six person team that conducted over one hundred Quality Assurance inspections of all retail and bulk fuel points through Iraq and Afghanistan Theater of Operations to ensure Governmental Contractual Statement of Work requirement and Standard Operational Procedures are met and maintained. Wrote and implemented Desktop Operational Procedures to ensure all sites are standardized in fuel operations. Held monthly meetings with Government Quality Assurance Representatives, Contracting Officer Representatives and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives to discuss and correct inspection deficiencies.

Advise Project Manager and senior staff on daily operational status of nine tactical bulk fuel farms receiving, storing and issuing of over 34 million gallons of JP8, Diesel and Motor Gasoline a month. Set policy and standards to ensure KBR bulk fuel farms are operating according to the contractual statement of work with U.S. Government.

Responsible for the accurate accounting of over 4.45 million gallons of fuel with a net worth of over $33 million. Streamlined fuels accounting procedures saving eight man hours per 24hr shift. Provided Senior Technical Lead Support for the Defense Logistics Agency (J6F) BSME-E Program at Fort Belvoir as the back-up for the Senior Technical Lead Analyst for the Application Support Group (ASG), providing Tier II and III technical support to all base level customers. Assisted over 50 military installations with investigating their high gains and losses of fuel inventory by identifying human error from the lack of proper accountability and paper trail of supporting documentation. Successfully reconciled over 200 fuels accounts in the Fuels Automated System Software (FAS) and Fuels Enterprise Server (FES). Assisted over 100 military installations by instructing them on proper fuel accountability by demonstrating the proper techniques of using fuel inventory reports, leak detection reports, and the Fuels Automated Software to ensure proper accountability of their fuel inventory. Provided functional and IT support to over 600 Defense Fuels Supply Point’s (DFSP’s) for all capitalized fuel accounts under the Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF). Responsible for the complete reconciliation of FY05 capitalized fuel accounts in Iraq, Djibouti, Kuwait and Afghanistan

Managed day-to-day operations of Fort Leavenworth U.S. Army Airfield consisting of aircraft refueling, fuel quality, airfield safety and refueling equipment maintenance.
