“A little risk management saves a lot of fan cleaning”There is seldom a dull moment in the life of a Programme Manager which is one of the reasons why I enjoy the role so much. I’ve worked predominantly with a customer base in the Aerospace Industry and found clear, open communication is key to getting the most from the site teams and ultimately the success of the project.Below are examples of the projects & improvements I’ve led in my current role - Development & implementation of a robust APQP system across 3 sites to assist focus on revenue increase while meeting quality KPI’s Managing all NPI projects across multiple sites, chairing weekly reviews with a diverse characterful selection of representatives from all areas of the business -Commercial, Design, Technical, Quality, Operations and close communication with the customer project team Project managing the NPI of several key drivetrain components for a prototype commercial helicopter.
