I have many years experience of running my own business and running business for others.I began my career with Big W discount stores working my way up from sales assistant to department manager. I spent my time learning the processes of one of Australia's biggest retailers.I then moved on to manage a BP service station in Wetherill Park, with an annual turn over of $20m and a team of 15 casual staff members, in my time their I helped with the roll out of a new franchise brand in Australia, and helped build and develop on improving the new brand.I then left to open my own Tyres & More Tyre and Mechanical shop, which I started from zero, building the business up to an annual turnover of $450,000 within 5 years, I then sold the business in November 2015.I Then began my own Mobile Cafe business, with a day to day strong loyal customer base & building on events and sporting events on the weekends. I then sold this business towards the end of 2021.I began studying in 2019 a Bachelor of Business with Major in Finance due to be completed in 2023.October 2021 I began working at FOX Factory Australia in the role of customer service & technical support, In my current role I look after B2C Customers, as well as B2B customer support. I also handle Warranty Claims, Order Processing, Workshop service Quoting & Invoicing.
