• Accountable for P&L of the UHC FP unit that delivers over $600M+ in gross revenue and $60M+ of IOI (pre-tax operating income).
• Managed oversight of over 600 employees of all levels within the UHC FP business.
• Organically tripled the size of FP business over 6 years (192%-$221M to $645M) and more than tripled earnings delivery (219%-$21M to $67M).
• UHC FP business in 2022 had the fastest growing market share gain in the industry. Ongoing growth trajectory continues at similar rate while maintaining strong profit margins.
• Innovated and built market leading integrated Supp Health and Medical programs using AI to create claim auto notifications and payments without member claims submission.

• CFO responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial and Sales Reporting, Budget and Expense Management, etc. to optimize Financial Protection products top and bottom line results. My area is also responsible.
• Grew FP business from $15M-$240M+ Revenue.
• Built external Specialty Benefits sales force from 0 to 60 sales reps in 27 markets nationwide.
• Led Operations build out in start-up company-Billing, Enrollment, and Commissions platform on Facets with start-up team.
