FP delivers market leading Financial Wellness and Absence/Productivity management solutions by leveraging member data and insights to help drive more informed decisions, better health outcomes, lower costs and healthier employees.• Accountable for P&L of the UHC FP unit that delivers over $600M+ in gross revenue and $60M+ of IOI (pre-tax operating income).• Managed oversight of over 600 employees of all levels within the UHC FP business.• Organically tripled the size of FP business over 6 years (192%-$221M to $645M) and more than tripled earnings delivery (219%-$21M to $67M). • UHC FP business in 2022 had the fastest growing market share gain in the industry.
