I manage our distributor network with over 40 salespeople. This includes training them, selling with them, overcoming obstacles associated with distributor sales and helping to develop their personal sales skills.

Initially, I was brought in to run and modernize the paint plant. I worked on this for 1.5 years, then was asked to manage the resin manufacturing plant. After moving this plant forward< I was promoted to Plant Manager over both facilities.

I began as the initial employee for Watson rhenania. I spent over 4 months in Germany learning the rhenania technology and brought it back to Pittsburgh. We made samples and initial production batches in a small manufacturing facility inside Watson Standard. In 1994, production began on a state of the art coatings manufacturing plant. I was an integral part of the design team, then became the Plant Manager of the facility once it opened.
