Manage all aspects of projects from concept to completion leveraging detailed planning efforts to deliver a safe, quality, on time, on budget execution. Within the overall Project Management discipline a specific focus of mine has been the development of detailed execution plans integrating HSSE and Quality requirements into usable work package for execution ensuring that we "Plan the Work, and Work the Plan" and do so as a team. Other typical responsibilities include initial estimate development, estimate updates and "what if analysis", oversight of Project Controls including Schedule / Cost Updates (typically resource loaded P6), manpower scheduling, training & compliance coordination, materials procurement, change orders, RFIs, Turn Around Field Management, as well as oversight of QA/QC and system turnover. My focus is on serving our industrial clients primarily utilizing an Engineering, Procure, Construct or Investigate, Design, Build Approach.
