  Rob is an experienced Health and Safety professional with extensive experience in large build construction projects to smaller refurbishment and fit out projects. Previous projects include the refurbishment, new build and redevelopment of the Byrne |Group flagship project: Sea Containers on London’s South Bank, residential and commercial new builds at Holborn Viaduct and the construction of the BP4 structure at Canary Wharf. Rob was the sole H&S Manager for the construction phase of the prestigious London landmark The Shard of Glass, and was instrumental in the introduction of safety controls never previously utilised in the UK and in identifying key risks associated with extreme height working. Rob has a wealth of experience in high rise construction methods including slipform and jumpform construction techniques alongside demolition works, refurbishment and high end fit out. His primary role is to support the Group Compliance Director across the business. He also supports the project teams in compliance with company standards & procedures, H&S legislation, HSE & Industry guidance and best practice and carries out the investigating of accidents and compiles comprehensive investigation reports.
