I am a CPA who is also an attorney with a law masters in taxation. I have been in public accounting for ten years working in all aspects including tax return preparation, tax research, tax consulting and tax plannning, This is for both individuals and businesses. I have also have worked on all three levels of financial statements: compilations, reviews and audits. Industries that I worked on include but not limited to the following: construction, real estate, professional services, manufacturers, distributors, retail, restaurants, technology. Businesses have ranged from start-ups to about $60 million in gross annual revenue.My goal is to build a practice centered around individuals and businesses. I will help them better understand their financial situation so that they make more informed decisions to better their financial future. I would also help them understand their tax situation and show them how can save taxes in legitimate ways.
