Originally from southern Connecticut, Rob has been a Tennis Professional for the past 35 years and a Platform Tennis professional for the past 14. Rob was the Director of Tennis at the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, MA where he served as Director from 2007 - 2012 then returned 2020 - 2024. From 2013 to 2019 Rob served as The Director of Racquet Sports at the Conanicut Yacht Club in Jamestown, Rhode Island and the Platform Tennis Professional at the Dorset Field Club in Dorset, VT from 2014 to 2018. Rob served as both a USTA Vermont Board Member and on the USTA New England schools committee for 10 years. From 1999 to 2006 Rob was the Tennis Director/Head Professional at Rolling Hills Country Club in Wilton, CT. He also worked as a Staff Professional at Four Seasons Racquet Club in Wilton, CT and Greenwich Racquet Club in Greenwich, CT. Rob has worked with both adults and juniors of all levels including nationally ranked players. In addition, from 1999 to 2003 he coached the Weston, CT High School Boys Varsity Tennis Team to a 68-5 Match record, capturing 3 Conference Championships and 2 State Titles. Rob holds USPTA Elite Professional Certification, Professional level PTR Certification as well as holding certification from the PPTA and the USRSA. During the winter months, Rob lives in Killington, VT and has just been hired as the Director of The Saskadena 6 Ski and Ride School in South Pomfret, VT. He served as the Director of Alpine Development at S6 / WSR Race program for the past 10 seasons. In addition, for the past 10 years Rob has played music (guitar) with the acoustic duo, Ruby Street throughout the upper valley of VT & NH.
