Accountable for managing 15-20 staff, two major outsource vendors and multiple smaller vendors delivering the Infrastructure and Telecommunications & Networking Tactical Programmes, consisting of approximately 35-40 concurrent projects totalling $15-20 million dollars annually.Achieved 83% of projects to time and budget in the financial year finished 30 June 2010.

Managed governance of the TelstraClear Capital Plan Portfolio. This $110-150 million annual investment programme consisted of 60-70 large projects ($25,000 - $20 million), and 100+ small projects (<$25,000).

Management of project and programme management capability at IAG. Managed 30 staff managing over 50 projects across the IT&T spectrum. Responsible for executive and board reporting on IAG NZ programme of work.
