Primary responsibilities included managing and carrying out financial and personal management for the enterprise’s founder and namesake, and overseeing and executing all operational, strategic, legal and compliance matters for the organization’s entertainment, real estate, hospitality and video entities, as well as the management, finance and operation of each of the companies within the corporate structure.

Sole in-house attorney for the Griffin enterprise, handling all legal, compliance and personnel matters for the corporate organization (including hospitality and real estate). Principal business affairs contact for the organization's television and feature film development and production group.

Broad-based corporate practice, focused on overall client service in a multitude of corporate practice areas, in addition to overseeing and executing a broad range of transactional matters. Areas of practice included M&A, structured finance, real estate, and general corporate counseling.
