As a multi-site director at ATI Physical Therapy, I lead and manage a team of highly skilled and motivated physical therapists and support staff across two locations. With 10 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting and 5 years of leadership roles, I have developed a strong expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, customer success, and artificial intelligence for business.My mission is to provide high quality care for my patients, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and drive growth and efficiency for my organization. I use data-driven insights to improve key performance indicators, such as cancellation/no-show rates, productivity, billing, and referral trends.
